I think we're all on the green ladder somewhere simply by
being diesel users; when compared with gasser guys.
As far as I'm concerned the older your diesel car the
greener you are by virtue of energy saved by not having a
new car or cars manufactured with our names on them.
My Quantum is as economic as most modern engines with 60mpg
[imp] on the interstate...
As far as green sources for hydrogen goes; has anyone come
across the Meyer resonant electrolysis experiments with
'water powered' cars..Mysteriously assasinated? or just an
urban legend?
I think the way to go is for a
turbo-diesel-electric-Stirling with the 2 way electric motor
for taking energy out of braking and the Stirling engine for
reabsorbing heat out of the cooling system.
Green but no cabbage...
