[Vwdiesel] PS belt setup for 1.6TD

My '86 1.6TD engine didn't have AC or PS when it was in my Jetta. I got a 
PS pump off Ebay, and now I am trying to determine what belt I need to 
use. I assumed the PS belt would run off the unused out crank pulley, 
straight to the pump. But EKTA shows the belt as if it wraps the water 
pump as well, and on another page shows a dual pulley for the water 
pump. The belt size is given as 9.5x740mm, but I'm not sure if this is 
straight to the PS pump, or over the WP as well...
Anyone know?
