A quick tip on removing a rusted clutch cable.
I had to change a clutch cable this weekend. (The casing collapsed) Of
course lucky me it was rusted. The nylon end that goes through the firewall
was siezed. it was probably the orginal cable. 19 years old. I tried a few
different things it wasn't coming loose. So I heated the pipe coming out of
the firewall with a micro torch. It came out like butter!
(Keeep a fire extinguisher handy)
