I take *slight* issue with that, as if you are driving around with a 
predominantly full tank you are carrying excess weight and hurting your overall fuel 
economy.  An extra 10 gallons weighs an extra 80 lbs which is good for a mpg.  
It is however wiser than growing algea or running out of fuel.
