  I like the chimney on the building in the background too. :-)  So what's 
with the "cop" tires?  (Many or most police cars have black tires and 
wheels and wonder why they're alway spotted as a police car!)  ;-)
  Everything stiff kinda sounds like it's sat a while.  Some of it loosens 
up with use, a dab of light oil or even WD-40 in the locks and on slidey 
parts can do wonders to get the lube loosened up and moving again. 
Looks like a nice deal!  :-)
