  Downpour?  Hmmm, it HAS rained here a couple times but nothing of a
dounpour here.  It can vary a LOT from near the pass to here.  
  I'm in Cashmere.  About 50 miles from the top of Steven's pass.  If you 
saw the Tree Top building along the highway then you'd just gone past.  :-P
