[Vwdiesel] Power steering bracket

A/C cars have a big heavy cast iron bracket that's painted black.  The 
Non-A/C cars have an alloy piece in place of the cast iron piece.  These 
mount to the front of the block in and around the W/P holes.  The bracket 
that was broken on my car mounted to the bottom of the block and supported 
the P/S pump.
