If you can't borrow the tools...
Put car in gear.
Get TDC with #1 (closest to pump) on compression thren apply handbrake...
Find bolts to lock pump in place.
Use steel rule and feeler gauge to check position of cam timing slot. Use
these to reallign cam beforereplacing belt.
Get a cheap torque wrench Bending bar type with 'knitting needle'
indicator. so as to retorque  head bolts...

Miser
