[Vwdiesel] Heater core recall info for Val

I have found the NHTSA Office of Defect Investigation web site at 
<http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/recalls/> helpful. Note, for 
some reason, a search on 1991 VW Jetta did not turn up the heater core 
recall, but 1990 VW Jetta did.

I was able to get VW to perform the recall on a 1992 GTI in 2003 or 
2004. It took about a month to get approval though.

I'm sending the recall PDF to Val off-list. The NHTSA Campaign number is 
92V050000.

I have also been able to find PDFs of TSBs online through Google and the 
Wayback Machine at archive.org, but I forget how I did it.
