[Vwdiesel] Oil restrictor for turbo?

  That thing's sure looks like it's on the outlet!  That would let pressure 
build in the center housing.  That would cause coking, heat buildup, more 
oil getting past the seals...  The seals are NOT pressure seals.  That's 
why there's slingers behind them and the drain MUST be free flowing.
Restrictin the incoming oil would cause coking, more heat and possibly 
bearing failure.  The oil is what COOLS the turbo center section.
