Ah...

the cylinder head was shpped from Winnepeg MB for 500 + tax + shipping

The culprit was indeed the 5 dollar crank bolt

when I have some time I'll post the conversation I had with VW support ;)

While I'm getting the top side fixed I'll be installing the grease car WVO
kit as well
