..............................I buy "tahrs" to keep me alive in the
winter on ice-covered Ohio roads.....to answer your "..save me" question.
Getting in an accident will cost me somewhere between $1,000 and $100,000
(and up) in medical bills for the rest of my life, if I live, and legal
fees when I get sued for negligence. Based on those costs, your choice is
pretty wide. Buy the tires that will stop your car on the slickest road you
will ever dream of encountering. Fact that I run a diesel takes care of
fuel costs in the big picture.
Personally, I use Nokian Haakapolitas.
