Interesting, considering I've been running the tire presssure in
my van at least 10 psi over max pressure for almost 1 years now.
I get even wear, acceptable manual steering effort and cooler tires.
Running recommended in my 914 vs max cost me at least 10 mpg.
One set of Goodrich TA Advantage tires wouldn't even safely grip
the road until I tried roughly 10 psi over (45psi). Didn't make sense
but they were flat out dangerous at recommended or labeled max.
