[Vwdiesel] Grenaded turbo!!!! OH! OH!

sometimes blades just fail. Very very very rare, but on occasion, they
do. Sucks but <shrug> sometimes things break.
I have a few used compressor turbines I was given to play with... they
are surprisingly tough- VERY good alloy.
I wonder if surge would be enough to shatter the vanes?
