 Not sure if it is or not but trust me, there's plenty of spam.  It varies 
from 
about 5% to 70% of the postings in a half day.  :-P  Usually our bank 
account has bee compromised, we're wanted to launder some nigerian 
bank account, or there's a problem with our paypal account.  Uh huh.
