[Vwdiesel] belt adjustment on 85 N/A w/AC

Pretty much thats it. I had to replace the jacking bolt due to it was 
frozen and twisted off. I was surprised that was all the held it in. 
Mines an 86, but they are both the same mounts from what I see.
