	Yes, a strainer (mesh) filter, on the pickup.  I can wax up
	in the winter, esp if there is dirt, moisture or wax in the 
	tank.

	Agreed, although some later models have a tank drain point.

	How much less. 0.013?  I'd probably run it.  It's an old engine,
	and nothing is perfect all the time.  0.007, and I'd reconsider my
	advice in a heartbeat.
