  I'd wondered about that for years.  Never heard of anybody ever 
making one though.  
  I remember reading some head gasket development literature a 
few years back.  It's amazing what they take into consideration and 
compensate for.  I believe it's more of a "every fire of the cylinder" 
rather than every hot and cold cycle.  That's the reason Raceware 
helps.  The bolts give less. and hold it all more solidly together.  At 
least that's their claim and it coincides with what I read about gaskets.
  Yeah, an iron head and/or 5 more head bolts would pretty well SOLVE 
the head gasket problems.
