Usually fairly nice on the phone.  Once you get to the warehouse, you need to get a little pushy to grab a forklift guy to get 
your cargo on a palette before you can finalize the shipping paperwork.  Seems the regular driver's get priority.  If you have 
the exact weight and dimensions of the cargo, you can pretty much take care of things in one shot.  Also, usually helps to 
write get the money order for a bit over what they quoted just in case the freight cost comes out higher when you actually drop 
it off.
