[Vwdiesel] Cold starting problems - 1.6TD

Sounds like dead glow plugs.  Remember, the light on the dash is just 
an indicator. It really has nothing to do with working glows.

Pull the plugs and put 12v to them.  If they each turn cherry red, 
you'll have to look elsewhere for the problem. (But I'm betting you'll 
have found the problem.)
