[Vwdiesel] Cold starting problems - 1.6TD

Another thing to keep in mind is that a simple resistance test doesn't
always tell the truth about glow plugs. In my 300SD (which has a glow
system that's generally similar to a VW) it was hard starting, but all
the glow plugs showed the correct resistance.

I replaced all the plugs, and bam, the cars starts right off, even when
quite cold (Here, that means 32 F).
