Did you know that the government does NOT consider hydro as a
renewable energy source? ALL our local power is hydro yet they have
to comply with the graduated percentage of "renewable" energy generated,
by putting in wind and solar. They already have a lot of solar in but it
won't
be near enough in a few years. I think the number goes to something like
20% by 2020! I believe fuel cell is in the list with wind and solar, like
most
of those aren't actually using hydrocarbons.
