[Vwdiesel] removing crank bolt

I have seen how someone took a thick wide flat piece of stock steel 4" x 1/4" 
x 3' and on one end drilled the four holes with big hole in the middle in 
order tobolt it to the crank timing sprocket with the large hole in the middle 
for installing and removing the bolt.  Then the crank is rotated so the piece is 
hitting the ground.  Similar to the breaker bar/ tap the starter trick, but 
can hold the sprocket going both directions.
