[Vwdiesel] Old 1.6NA in New body?

I've got a 1994 Jetta with a 1985 1.6TD in it. The newer body is a lot
heavier (compared to a rabbit) so it's even more sluggish (although this
may be my ACN tranny). It is, however a VERY comfy ride, so I would
recommend it. I didn't do it myself, so I can't tell you the details.
It is very tight on the passenger side of the engine compartment, but it
all fits.

There's some pics at

Note, the commentary is a bit out of date.

Will.
