If the biodiesel-- viton connundrum is stressing you out why not just run
say 20% SVO? No corrosion or pickling of the seals and seems to have no
adverse effects. Cleans injectors too if they are running correctly. If the
car gets slightly lumpy then run a tank of straight diesel and reduce % of
veg on next fill-up.
