Del, you should know better than to be asking for head
on the internet. Ahh hum.

AAZ heads show up on ebay a few times a month or more.
That is what you need. Also, since you are in Canada,
where these engines were legally imported to (as
opposed to us in the US where we only got the 1.6 and
tdi) you should be able to find a good used one in the
yards. Check out car-part.com
