[Vwdiesel] Turbo rebuilders? (KKK K14)

Can anyone recommend a good turbo rebuilder, preferably in Canada, or 
the Pacific Northwest? I may need one. The K14 I  just put new 
seals/bearings in is leaking badly. My backup T3 needs new seals which 
don't seem to be a standard size, as the kit I got doesn't fit. So I may need 
either a known good K14, or a shop that can make one...
