[Vwdiesel] smoke

Just turn the volume screw, or smoke screw as you call it out an eight 
of a turn or less at a time. No big deal to adjust the max volume screw, 
it's just that it's the last thing you should do, not the first.  First 
is to make sure all else like timing, injectors, etc are good, then set 
the max injected quantity.
out is counterclockwise, and is to decrease the max injected quantity.
the LDA just adjust the injected quantity within the confines of max 
volume acrew, so it's still the one to adjust.
