I always try to use a 210 mm flywheel and clutch. If you have the 200mm
flywheel and clutch that I think is mostly standard with the 1.6 N/A diesel
it should be fine.

Subject: [Vwdiesel] Clutch Sizing
I have a pickup with 86 Jetta 1.6TD engine. Getting close to clutch time. I
think the transmission is the stock one used in the pickup; designation
020. Its a 5 speed..There seems to be different sizes available for
clutches. Which one is recommended for heavy duty use and will fit in ok?
