[Vwdiesel] TD pump adjustments

A few links regarding 1.6/1.9TD pump adjustments came up over on the TDI-Conv list, which 
led to a few more, so I thought I'd post them here for those interested. For now, this is purely 
academic, as I don't have time to mess with my pump, but it makes interesting reading, 
especially with the extra challenge of the French translation...
