[Vwdiesel] smoke/stumbling on startup

No, I'll have to find a shop that will do that. good point, though.

it's only been about 80 miles. this is the 1st re-ring I have done on one of these, so maybe 
this is normal. I did get a pretty good cross-hatch on the cylinders when I honed.

I noticed this morning that if I start it an run it at 2500 rpm or so, the missing/smoke clears 
in about 30 seconds. Not sure if this is due to warming up, or something is burning off. It 
better not be oil seeping past the valves, I just had the head rebuilt.
