[Vwdiesel] Block Heater In!

Well, you can just be overfueling.  All the LDA does, is limit the total 
fuel off boost, UP TO THE LIMIT SET BY THE MAX FUEL SCREW.... the total 
fuel is still controlled by the max fuel screw.  the lda isn't adding 
additional fuel, just limiting the last bit unless there is boost on. 
If it smokes under boost, you may wish to limit total fuel first, then 
fine tune the lda.
