[Vwdiesel] Southern Ca Tranny rebuild Options was --> take it to AA

If AA is too far for you, if you are in Southern CA or Arizona, I can help facilitate a
local rebuild. My builder is Pat Bollendorf, former owner of ITS trannys in El Cajon and
now at Mcdowel Performance, where he spends most of his time building Mendeolas. However
he still does vanagon and syncro trannys. Many of you know that El Cajon is a hotbed of
buggy and offroad vehicle activity, custom fab, etc. Pat's trannys have held up well for
many list members and he is very knowledgeable. 30 years of experience.

I'd like to see a Mendeola with provision for a front driveshaft, but have not seen one
yet.
