  I believe it's something like a fractional hp vs. 2hp!
Sometimes a fresh (factory rebuild) is better than one locally 
done.  Mine wasn't bad, I'd been through it and it still turned 
slower than I liked and the bushings were getting loose again.  
I put in a rebuild and WOW what a difference!
