[Vwdiesel] 91 Jetta Headlight Switch

They've been relayed for over a decade. It turns out that the
"load reduction" relay in the VW can readily be found for less than
$5. So I use those. Prior to that, and with my older Rabbits,
I used other relays (bought from "Slippery Sam" the local electronics
junk dealer).

Relays were a must, running 4509 and the big 4522 bulbs. (100W and 250W
landing lights).

My problem is just that the plastic VW switch has been cycled probably
10000 times, and is getting old.
