Just picked this up from a car boot [trunk!] sale $2.
I guess this is off an aircraft. Must have fallen off whilst flying over the 
UK :D

Made in a place called Marshalltown Iowa
What can I use it for?  :?
Something on the car?
Wind speed?
Seal end and make a barometer?
Make a flow meter from scratch? pitot tube thingy?
