Chris,
You could take off the line in front and try blowing some air into it. Don't
use too much, 30PSI should do the trick. Then, just run up and down the fuel
lines to check for air leaks. Also, listen for it bubbling in the tank.
Have you checked the fuel level? I spent a full day troubleshooting the fuel
system in a CIS Dasher when I was new at this, only to find the sender had
gone bad. It showed 3/4 of a tank, it was bone dry :(
