I think I posted this a while back. Not sure of the comments, would this
work? Not the device but their fuel treatment.

Amsoils new Diesel Concentrate replaces the Diesel Fuel Modifier. It is also
formulated to work with Bio-diesel.

Mainly get your fuel at a fuel stop that sells in high volume and you
shouldn't have much of any issues since it is as fresh as it can get. Adding
a little extra is always a preventative option that can't hurt.
