[Vwdiesel] Fueling screw

Since I had my engine rebuilt with fresh new and even tested injectors, good
compression, rebuilt K14 turbo and a fresh rebuild from  Superior Injection
in Canada by Giles. He added the LDA, and removed the governor and some
other tweeks that he does. I told him I was going to run no more than 12psi
in boost and do not have an intercooler.  I can get some serious smoke at
WOT but then if I run it hard like eventually the smoke is still there but
no where near like it was the first time I punch it. My boost is set at
15psi no more than that since that little K14 is spinning so hard as it is.
The car runs great and the mileage is great as well.  I do get some serious
smoke on start up and for the first 2 miles of running in the morning. I
feel that is due to the head not being rebuilt properly, (remember I'm the
one with all the issues about 18 months ago on rebuilding my engine) So I
just deal with it. I run through a quart of oil every 2k or so which I do
not think is to bad and that is running either dino or synthetic. Currently
on Amsoil 15w-40 and running well.  My timing is set at 1mm and I have from
the turbo back a 2.5" exhaust. Now that is the best modification ever. Big
difference when I opened up the exhaust. So my 91 ECO jetta might not be an
ECO anymore but it sure does run well. :)

However, I would add:
1) Set timing to 1.00 - 1.05mm (yes, on an NA motor)
2) Check cam timing and valve lash.
3)OPTIONAL: Look into installing a larger, freer flowing exhaust and intake.
