Not sure it would improve after a break in period. I run the same
rotella 15/40 in mine. I guess I have a tight engine for oil pressure
like that considering there's 270k on the original parts. I will be
changing the head gasket though, as soon as my hand is strong enough to
turn a wrench. That deer sure did throw a crimp in things, I wanted to
have the head gasket done by now. Typical oil in the coolant, I suppose
it will survive another month or so, it's been that way for a year or
so now :-}
