I sort of thought so myself. Running Rotella 15w-40
I do not remember the previous owner saying he put a
new oil pump in this motor and the body says 185K, so
if things do not improve after the break-in period I
will put a new TD oil pump in.

But then we have Nick, new oil pump, his motor shows
no oil pressure at the head and runs fine???

Bigger issue, air leaks, the motor will not run smooth
so I am going to have to address this NOW.

Are those crimp things that connect the rubber braided
fuel line to the plastic line just a different factory
crimp. I would think I can cut my rubber hose just
after the water seperator and stick it in a gallon of
fuel to see if I am still sucking air, that would tell
me the water seperater needs replaced. We talked
about the 1 way check valve thing around the area of
the water seperator, was this a source of air leaks, I
do not recall that?

I have a ETKA picture of the fuel setup for the 92
diesel, so I will get it, just a pain after all this.
I got my other fuel line leaks pretty much fixed.

Thanks, Bryan
