[Vwdiesel] freeze plug stuck - installing block heater - tips?

Been there.  Couple of thoughts.  Keep cutting with chisel,
use a part of a hacksaw blade and cut it out.  I usually pry them 
out with a big screwdriver.  Twist it to reduce the dimensions.

Pmail me and I can call you and walk you through things...for the next 
45 minutes.
