See if you can duplicate the noise by bouncing the corner of the vehicle up and down by 
jumping on the bumper.  If you can make the noise appear, try poking around to find the 
source.  If up front, might be the top nut is loose, or the inner bushing is too tall:

and also look around underneath for any clean places where parts may be rubbing together.
