I don't know, on the WVO board we are happy to see 160°f in veggie  
running through flat-plate heat exchangers with the coolant
which is a very efficient exchange method, so coolant couldn't be  
THAT much higher
besides, water boils at 212°f
I know there's coolant in it, but over 200° is still warning territory
and I'm right there
