  Sounds about perfect for a 92C thermostat.  I like those but 
I switched back to an 87C stat which gives about 189.  I was 
having too many marginal heat times when I flushed the engine, 
going over the mountain passes at 60mph in 3rd, etc.
  You want 160F????  This is a diesel dude, not a race gasser 
running 13:1 CR.  You'll lose probably 10% to 20% efficiency 
by running at that temp.
