		Only in VW Owner's Manuals.  

		My favorite is kerosine, preheated in the 
		laundry tub, filled with stinking hot water.

		In the 70's I used an additive which was mostly
		tolulene, and had few problems.  I think I used
		about a quart every three years, running two 
		Rabbits at the time.

		Very warm kero does help faster.
