The supplier of the waxing ULSD has gone on the record talking about
the waxing problem.  They claim that the filters (10 micron, some 5
micron) are too fine, and aggrivate the waxing.

They have bought in 84500 gal of No1 ULSD for blending to depress the 
pour point.

They point out that not all the buses in every fleet were affected.

The news reporter pointed out that north country NY school districts 
recieve their fuel pre-blended from Canada, and they have not had
problems.
