[Vwdiesel] oil pan heater

Well, Duh (smack myself in the forehead) I really
don't know why I didn't think about that, of course
they were meant to be submerged in oil.  I simply
remembered someone mentioning this being a possible
problem with using glow plugs in oil and thought it
could be similar.
