[Vwdiesel] oil pan heater

Applying lower voltage to an element than required is a bad idea. if 
your going to do that, just get a 110 volt element from a water heater 
and a temp controller. if this is going in an in car tank, just use a 
block heater. and make sure you don't run either dry as they can and 
will burn out.
