For those of you who want to save money, you might try powder coating yourself. I have not tried it but recall reading an article about it in one of the auto restoration magazines. You can DIY if the item is small enough to fit into an oven of a household cooking stove. But don't use the wife's stove unless you want a divorce. Powder coating apparently creates a smell that makes the oven unusable for cooking food. Find a used stove where the oven still works  for a cheap price or for free. As I recall, a powder coating kit sold by Eastwood & I think, by J C Whitney.
